At A1 Properties we pride ourselves on getting back to basics and providing our clients and customers with good, old fashion customer service. That combined with our cutting edge technology and vast knowledge of the property management industry makes us stand apart from the rest.

Jason Wendlandt - Co-Owner, Maintenance - Jason Wendlandt was born and raised in Southern California and has resided in Arizona for over 17 years. He is an integral member and spearheads the A1 Maintenance Department. Jasons love of people and his determination to please allows for him to serve our owners and tenants with the upmost care. When not at A1, Jason can be found spending time with his four children, camping, and off roading.
Christina Johnston Meyers- Co-Owner - Christina Johnston Meyers has resided in Prescott Arizona for over 20 years ago. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Business from GCU and recently graduated from Yavapai College with her Paralegal Degree. While real estate was never her dream, she couldn’t resist an opportunity to go into business with family. When she is not busy with one of her three businesses, you can find her spending time with her children and grandchildren. Her vast experience in law and business make her a perfect part of the A1 team. 
Ada
Ada Lewin – Designated Broker – Ada has been in Real Estate since 1999 and prior to her Real Estate career she had an extensive career in banking. Upon moving to Prescott in 1983 she entered into a career in Retail where she opened and ran her own store until the early 1990’s. Working as a Real Estate agent has become the most rewarding career to date. Outside of the duties as the Designated Broker for A1 Properties, Ada's energy & time is mainly directed at working with buyers and sellers, finding ways to meet their needs and wants through experience, training, trust, and a lifelong commitment to service, putting the care of customers and clients FIRST.
Laura
Laura Ruiz – Realtor, New Managements – Laura has resided in Prescott, Arizona for more than 30 years and has an in-depth knowledge of the local communities, neighborhoods and enclaves of Yavapai County. She joined the A1 Team in June, 2013 and has served in a variety of administrative capacities including obtaining her Real Estate License in 2016.

Previously, as Purchasing Manager for Sturm, Ruger & Co., Inc., one of the nations’ leading manufacturers of firearms, Laura developed a skill for negotiation, customer service and contract writing. She continued to hone those skill for 3 years as a Courtroom Clerk for Yavapai County Superior Court and an additional 5 years as Judicial Assistant to Hon. Warren R. Darrow and Hon. Howard D. Hinson, Jr.

Laura’s business approach is founded on building lasting relationships based upon commitment and trust; buyers and sellers communication during the listing phase or purchase, through and after the close of escrow. Whether it's a vacation home or a place to make a fresh new start, Laura’s hard work and perseverance will help her client’s fulfill their dreams using the most current resources and tools available.
Isabelle Johnston - Leasing - Isabelle was born and raised in Prescott Arizona, graduating from both Prescott High School and Yavapai College. She has spent most of her working years at A1 Properties, starting in high school where she would cover the front desk during the summer. Her numerous years has lent to an extensive knowledge of the company and her continuing dedication serves our client with the upmost customer service. 

Sandi Tyree - Maintenance - Sandi has been with A1 Properties for three years. Sandi is a long time resident of Yavapai County, born and raised in Arizona. Sandi’s family has owned and operated several ranches in Arizona for many generations. When she is not in the office, Sandi spends her time with her children and grandchildren out at the ranch, riding, roping and enjoying life. She also goes off reading occasionally with friends in the area. Sandi is a graduate of NAU with a business degree. She enjoys working with the owners and tenants and making sure the properties are in good condition.


Ramona De La Rosa - Maintenance - Ramona relocated from hot Havasu in 2023 for the cooler climate and friendly community. Working for A1 Properties has given her an opportunity to work in Property Management as well as get acquainted with the city of Prescott and surrounding areas. She is eager to grow within the company and contribute in a positive way.
